The role
You will be our first dedicated senior product analyst — the person every product manager comes to when they need to know whether a feature is working, what to ship next, or why a number moved. You will own the analytics function end to end: setting up tracking, building dashboards, running deep-dive analyses, and turning numbers into decisions. This is a hands-on senior role, not a manager-of-others role (yet).
What you'll do
- Partner with PMs across our booking, content/SEO, e-commerce, and AI assistant products to define the right metrics and answer the questions that matter.
- Write your own queries against our data warehouse, build self-serve dashboards, and ship analyses without waiting on engineering.
- Design A/B tests, define success criteria up front, read the results honestly, and call the winner (or kill the feature).
- Set up product tracking on new features –- define events, validate the data lands clean, and own the spec.
- Build the analytics playbook for the company: how we measure features, how we run experiments, how we ship insights — so the next analyst hires inherit a working system, not a blank page.
- Translate findings into one-page decision memos that non-technical leaders can act on within 5 minutes.
What you bring
- 5+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science at a consumer digital product company.
- Fluent SQL. You write it daily, you optimize it, you don't need a notebook to crack open a question.
- Hands-on with Google BigQuery as your day-to-day data warehouse.
- Strong with Metabase for self-serve dashboards (or you've used a close equivalent and can switch in a week).
- Strong with GA4 for web and app analytics — events, audiences, exploration reports, the works.
- Strong with Amplitude for product analytics — funnels, retention, cohorts, behavioural segments.
- A/B testing maturity — you understand statistical significance, sample size, and when not to run a test.
- You are fluent in spoken English. You will work across VN and MY teams every week.
- A bias toward shipping insights and a low tolerance for dashboards no one reads.
Nice to have
- Light Python or R for the analyses that SQL can't easily answer.
- Experience with large consumer audiences (millions of monthly users) where small percentage moves matter.
- Exposure to LLM-powered product features and the metrics that come with them (response quality, escalation rate, agent acceptance).
