Scope of Work
Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent.
English proficiency at B2 level or above (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
Comfortable working in a 100% English-speaking environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service experience is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Average Gross Income: VND 11,000,000 – 13,000,000/month
Base Salary: VND 7,500,000/month
Meal Allowance: VND 500,000/month
Voice Support Allowance: VND 1,000,000/month (applicable while supporting voice calls)
Night Shift Allowance: 30% of the base salary
Monthly KPI Incentive: VND 900,000 – 1,200,000/month
100% salary during the 2-month probation period

Working Schedule
9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute break)
Example shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Shift schedule is assigned by the Team Leader/Line Manager
5 working days per week (40 hours/week)
Fixed day off on Sunday plus one rotating day off each week
Project Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Saturday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
