1. RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver software development projects specifically in the airline domain, adhering to business requirements and company objectives.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, task assignments, progress tracking, and delivery milestones.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, business analysts, technical leads, developers, QA engineers, and other related teams.
- Maintain effective communication with international clients, particularly in the Philippines.
- Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure project documentation is created, updated, and maintained properly.
- Monitor project performance using project management tools, metrics, and reporting methods.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to team members.
- Participate in resource planning, team allocation, and recruitment activities as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement and project management best practices within the organization.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Scrum Master, with a focus on software development
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project delivery processes, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven client-facing experience.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Nice-to-Have Requirements:.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or Prince2 are a plus.
- Previous experience working with international clients, specifically in the airline industry or e-commerce sector, is advantageous.
