Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgeting for payroll, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring optimal workforce cost management.
- Collect and consolidate company-wide data for PMP, including performance evaluations, salary reviews, and promotions.
- Process monthly payroll, personal income tax, insurance, and other related employee benefits. Ensure accurate salary calculations and compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage processes for social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits policies.
- Monitor and update C&B policies in alignment with market trends and company strategy.
- Utilize insights from the Mercer survey to benchmark compensation packages and support decision-making in salary and benefits strategy.
- Support annual salary review, bonus schemes, and performance-based rewards programs.
- Implement and execute the employee performance evaluation process and propose appropriate improvement and deployment strategies.
- Implement and manage the ESOP program in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, prefer prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and employee benefits in Vietnam.
- Hands-on experience with C&B tools and systems; experience with payroll software is a plus.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking surveys, especially Mercer, is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
- High integrity, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
