Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries.
- Research potential clients in Vietnam and international markets.
- Introduce recruitment and headhunting services through email, calls, networking, and meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
- Conduct client meetings to gather job requirements and provide recruitment consultation.
- Prepare service proposals, negotiate terms, and close recruitment agreements.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful onboarding of candidates.
- Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and ATS.
- Prepare recruitment reports and business development updates.
- Track recruitment KPIs, placements, and revenue targets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 06 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment, headhunting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Experience in agency recruitment or executive search is a plus.
