1. Co-work with supplier to align and follow the brand objectives.
2. Inventory management, to follow the KPI of the Supplier and from BOD, to avoid OOS and over stock.
3. Leading & deploying brand objectives to the trade.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting for brand’s performance.
5. Make good communication relationship with all of other related department to ensure the smooth operation.
6. Strictly compliant with laws of Vietnam and company regulations.
7. Other Task instructed by line manager and/or Instruction from Suppliers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, 1 year in a leadership position.
- Teamwork, good communication.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or retail market dynamics
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to build business plans and forecasts.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
