1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support customers with account registration, verification (KYC), deposit/withdrawal, and system usage.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Monitor and process feedback related to transactions, accounts, and system issues.
- Communicate with the trader community and introduce the IB (Introducing Broker) partnership program.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement customer care campaigns and expand the user community.
- Work with agencies related to content translation and post publishing.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Customer Service Finance
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, Forex/Crypto trading is a plus.
- Experience using customer support tools (ticket systems, chat platforms, etc.) and knowledge of financial transactions and payment processes is a plus.
- English Fluent
