Working location:
- 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former D2), HCMC; OR
- Working from home a few days or a week depending on team's schedule
Working hours - 5 days/ week:
- 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Monday to Friday (or Tuesday to Saturday)
- Specific events or meetings might require outside of these times

RESPONSIBILITY
Community Development & Growth
- Proactively generate new student opportunities through referrals, partnerships, events, school communities, and outreach activities;
- Build strong relationships with prospective families, schools, and external partners;
- Represent College Compass professionally at seminars, workshops, school visits, and networking events;
- Identify new opportunities for student acquisition and community growth;
- Contribute ideas that strengthen the visibility and long-term growth of College Compass.
Consultation & Relationship Management
- Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand academic goals and needs;
- Present College Compass programs and admissions pathways clearly and professionally;
- Build trust-based relationships through strong communication and consistent follow-up;
- Guide families through important educational decisions with professionalism and responsiveness.
Enrollment & Pipeline Management
- Support students and families throughout the enrollment journey;
- Maintain regular communication through calls, messages, emails, meetings, and events;
- Consistently follow up with prospective families and maintain engagement;
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline progress and follow-up activities;
- Contribute actively to enrollment and community growth goals.
Collaboration & Brand Presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth family experience;
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams on outreach initiatives;
- Contribute positively to team culture and execution;
- Help strengthen College Compass as a trusted education brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions Consulting, Education Partnerships, Hospitality (4 or 5-star hotel) or other relationship-driven industries;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills;
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people;
- Organized, proactive, and confident working independently;
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute consistently;
- Passion for education and helping students grow.
