- Develop designs based on client or company requirements, such as for products, interior designs
- Design models of inanimate objects such as buildings or products
- Prepare technical drawings such as blueprints and sketches for construction projects, product prototypes, product assembly and packing instructions
- Update designs as needed based on feedback from clients or other team members
- Create computer-generated models of three-dimensional objects or scenes by using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD
- Communicate effectively with vendors
- Possess prior knowledge of sports products and/or sports construction
