Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Replenishment, Production Supply, and Shipping.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with WMS workflows, QR code scanning procedures, FIFO principles, and inventory location accuracy.
- Monitor WMS performance, including pending tasks, aging transactions, abnormal activities, and location discrepancies; coordinate with IT and Key Users to resolve system issues and drive process improvements.
- Manage warehouse productivity and manpower utilization, including forklift, putaway, picking, and loading operations, while optimizing labor allocation and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Inventory Control team on cycle counts, inventory investigations, stock adjustments, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including control of negative inventory, lost pallets, and storage location discrepancies.
- Support shipping and production operations by ensuring on-time loading, local deliveries, and timely material supply to production lines according to SCM priorities.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, forklift safety regulations, PPE requirements, fire prevention procedures, and 5S practices.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a safe working environment.
- Monitor, analyze, and report warehouse operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS administration, FIFO/FEFO control, and KPI management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous operational improvements.
