Full-stack engineer (basic AI skills)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop AI adoption solution applications (frond-end & back-end).

• Build REST APIs, integrate database, integrate AI/Gen AI features (LLM API, chatbot, search/RAG) ensure high performance & security.

• Good prompting skills, good code review, fix bug, deployment & production troubleshooting issues skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.

• 5+ years of experience as Fullstack engineer.

• 2+ years of experience as Fullstack engineer in related AI projects.

• Experience in (Node.js / Java / Python + React / Angular / Vue) programming skills.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git.

• Good native cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD fundamentals.

• Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices.

• Basic AI/Gen AI knowledge:

+ RAG and vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, etc.)

+ Understand LLMs and embeddings at a high level.

+ Experience calling AI APIs and handling prompts, latency, and errors.

+ Awareness of AI risks (hallucination, data privacy)

Nice to have:

• Experiences building LLM systems (chat/Q&A/summarization), with RAG (chunking + retrieval + grounding), or using vector DBs

(FAISS/Chroma/Pinecone/Azure AI Search).

• Cloud/DevOps: Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), observability (logs/metrics/traces).

• Security: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, OWASP awareness, secrets management.

• Domain/Platforms: IoT/Smart Factory/Suply Chain Management/Smart Home or mobile development experience.
