WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Manufacturing costing system (BOM, standard consumption, WIP, inventory) and analyze cost variances (Standard vs. Actual)
- Monitor and manage cash flow, prepare monthly forecasts, and control working capital
- Develop and track budget & rolling forecasts, analyze Budget vs. Actual, and control costs
- Review tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT), handle tax refunds, and work with tax authorities and auditors
- Review accounting entries, reconcile data, and support preparation of financial statements and management reports (P&L, cash flow, cost analysis)
- Participate in improving financial and accounting processes, support ERP implementation, and build internal control systems
- Guide and review the accounting team’s work and support the Finance Manager when required
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- Good English
- 3-4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company
- Proven experience in manufacturing costing (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, with experience in tax refund
- Experience in cash flow management and budget planning
- Proficient in advanced Excel, MISA/ERP systems
- Strong analytical mindset, proactive, and able to work independently
