JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and develop new clients, with a focus on ERP solutions (especially SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/solutions to provide tailored consultations based on client needs.
- Propose business strategies and monthly/quarterly sales plans.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring sales targets (quota) are met.
- Collaborate with technical/consulting teams to deliver product demos, technical solutions, and PoC for clients.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to expand the customer base and boost sales performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology).
- At least 2 - 5 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, software, IT solutions, or SaaS.
- Having client networks in the mid-to-large enterprise segment is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes, bidding, and contract execution.
- Good English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Capable of working with various platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Dynamics 365.
- Experienced in customer development for international markets, especially in APAC and Southeast Asia.
