KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Google Ads (Search,
GDN, YouTube), and LinkedIn, ensuring performance aligns with enrolment and brand objectives.
• Monitor campaign metrics continuously and apply data-driven optimisation strategies to improve
reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Contribute to the development of media plans and campaign proposals in collaboration with the Brand
Marketing Manager.
• Use GA4 and relevant analytics tools to track user behaviour, extract performance insights, and
produce clear campaign reports with actionable recommendations.
• Write creative briefs and collaborate closely with the design team to develop on-brand creative assets
across digital channels.
• Support content planning and scheduling across social media platforms in alignment with the school's
communications calendar.
• Manage and maintain the school's website content via WordPress, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and
brand consistency.
• Support marketing automation workflows including lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and
campaign triggers via HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to enhance content production, campaign ideation, audience insights, and
performance forecasting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and search
campaigns.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (MCC), and Google Analytics 4.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, email marketing, and social media best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms - HubSpot experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or equivalent) and their application in
marketing workflows.
• Experience with WordPress for content management; basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-campus environment.
