Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proactively source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and university networks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging recruitment marketing content that showcases career opportunities, company culture, employee stories, and startup life.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce recruitment campaigns, videos, and other employer branding materials.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, recruitment events, and other employer branding activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to strengthen TeenUp's employer brand
HR Operations & Administration
- Support new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including employment documents and onboarding paperwork.
- Provide logistical support for internal training sessions and employee engagement activities when required.
- Perform other HR administrative duties assigned by manager
- Manage internal communication channels such as Base, and chat groups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR position, preferably with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding
- Active participation in university clubs or student organizations is a plus
- Background knowledge in Human Resources, Sales, or Marketing is preferred
- Strong communication skills with adaptability and quick responsiveness
- Content creation, graphic design, or copywriting skills are an advantage
- Smart, hardworking, proactive, and kind

Working Hour
