About Rugcheck
Rugcheck.xyz is the leading token risk analysis platform in the Solana ecosystem, used by millions of traders and developers daily. We are commercialising our platform across three phases — retail subscriptions, creator and developer products, and institutional data services — and are building out our commercial team in Vietnam to support this growth.
The Role
You will support the commercial growth of Rugcheck across all three phases of our monetisation plan. Working directly with the CEO's team, you will help identify prospects, manage outreach, support customer onboarding, and build relationships with projects, developers, and platforms in the Solana and broader crypto ecosystem.
This is a junior role with real ownership from day one. You will learn every aspect of B2B sales in the Web3 space and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers across three segments: retail platform users, token project teams and developers, and ecosystem platforms (DEXes, wallets, launchpads)
Conduct outreach via Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, and email to prospective customers and partners
Support the sales pipeline — track conversations, follow up on proposals, and help move deals forward
Assist with onboarding new customers to Rugcheck's paid plans and integration products
Monitor the Solana and broader crypto ecosystem for new projects, platforms, and opportunities
Coordinate with the Vietnam team (Thu and Sean) on commercial and operational tasks
Prepare simple reports on pipeline status and customer activity for the CEO
Requirements (Must-Have)
Based in Vietnam, ideally Ho Chi Minh City
Genuine interest in crypto, DeFi, and the Solana ecosystem — you use these products
Strong written communication in English; Vietnamese native
Proactive and self-directed — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Organised and detail-oriented — able to track multiple conversations simultaneously
No prior sales experience required, but a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and build relationships is essential
Experience with Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X as professional communication tools is a plus
