JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand and support business growth. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to deliver impactful campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and continuously optimize communication performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Communications

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to strengthen the company's brand awareness and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's services, products, and communication goals, translating them into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel communication campaigns across digital, social media, website, PR, events, and offline channels.
  • Lead content direction and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external partners to deliver high-quality communication materials.
  • Oversee website content strategy, SEO performance, and continuous website optimization in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Ensure all communication materials maintain brand consistency and align with the company's brand guidelines.

Branding & Partnership

  • Develop and execute employer branding and corporate branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners, including Google, TikTok, Meta, and other industry partners.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of industry awards, digital competitions, and partnership programs.
  • Increase brand visibility through PR activities, strategic partnerships, speaking opportunities, and community engagement.
  • Prepare communication materials, presentations, speeches, and corporate messaging for senior management when required.

Campaign Management & Performance Analysis

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage communication projects from concept to execution while ensuring quality, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze communication effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, digital marketing innovations, and emerging communication channels.
  • Prepare reports and insights to support management decision-making.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, Account, HR, and Business Development teams to ensure integrated communication across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor junior team members or interns and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Marketing team.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
  • Experience working in an Advertising Agency, Digital Agency, or Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Branding, Content Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, or other industry partners is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimize communication strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copy review skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
