- Manage the Operations team to ensure smooth daily deliveries and promptly resolve operational issues.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, Fill Rate, Incident Rate, and Wastage Rate.
- Track and improve the productivity of the Operations and Shipper teams to meet Fulfillment Cost and Last Mile Cost targets.
- Design and implement KPIs and bonus schemes to improve lead time, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues and execute cross-functional projects aligned with company objectives.
- Build Excel-based operation systems and gradually work with the internal Tech team to migrate them to internal systems.
- Manage inventory and implement preventive measures to control operational losses.
- Lead the Delivery Operations team, manage shipper-related issues, and balance in-house and external logistics resources for optimal efficiency.
- Monitor the overall operational system to ensure data readiness, security, and smooth daily operations.
- Work with the Technology team to design and implement long-term operation systems.
- Manage warehouse layout, facilities, and equipment.
- Build long-term warehouse solutions by applying lean processes, modern technology, and equipment to improve operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop Operations team members.
- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience of managing team size of 50+ people/ 300+ fulfillment orders per day
- Native in Vietnamese and Business English
- 3+ years in similar roles
- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things.
- Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
