Responsibility:
- Develop country targets basing on accurate sales forecast, then assign customers/territories and set sales targets to Sales Engineers and Area Sales Managers.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedbacks by comparing performance against sales targets and adjust targets as needed and/or identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of KSEA’s projects in order to maintain effective working relationship with them.
- Effectively collaborate with Sales Support, Project Management and Factory to accurately address customer’s needs.
- Handle and execute projects.
- Control and manager cost effective process.
- Handle and manage CMD of respective countries/regions.
- Identify prospects & convert.
- Accomplish & achieve targets set by the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
- 7-10 years in Sales management of PEB industry.
- Negotiation skills.
- Customer Service.
- Problem solving.
- Business Agility.
