Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers within the assigned region.
• Respond promptly to enquiries regarding products, pricing, lead times, stock availability, and order status.
• Prepare quotations, product information, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow up on customer requirements.
• Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Sales Order Management
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Review purchase orders and coordinate any required revisions with customers.
• Monitor order progress from confirmation through shipment.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal processes.
• Support the ongoing development of more efficient order management workflows.

Inventory & Order Fulfillment
• Monitor inventory availability for the assigned region.
• Coordinate stock allocation and replenishment with internal teams.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track production schedules and shipment milestones against customer commitments.
• Communicate delays, shortages, or shipment updates proactively.
• Monitor backorders and support timely resolution.

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate daily with Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure smooth order execution.
• Escalate operational risks or customer issues when appropriate.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated clearly across internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and operational efficiency across departments.

Process Improvement & Operations Development
• Contribute to building and refining sales operations processes as the business grows.
• Help document workflows, operational guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Support future implementation of business systems and digital tools as operational needs evolve.
• Embrace new ways of working and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory data.
• Update operational reports and dashboards.
• Monitor open orders, shipment status, and inventory availability.
• Support weekly and monthly sales reporting.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy across operational records.

Requirements
Required
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Order Management, Customer Service, or B2B Sales Support.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Business-level English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data management.
• Comfortable learning new systems and digital tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while working across international teams.
Preferred
• Experience in furniture, manufacturing, export, or premium consumer products.
• Familiarity with inventory management, international shipping processes, or Incoterms.
• Experience supporting distributors, retailers, or dealer networks.
