The Job
As we are expanding into new markets and building a new growth-focused team, we are looking for a Performance Marketing / User Acquisition to help drive user growth and scale our acquisition channels effectively.
This role will play a key part in testing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to acquire high-quality users for the Salvia app.
Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other relevant platforms.
● Drive app installs and qualified users while meeting cost and performance targets.
● Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
● Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
● Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and funnels to improve performance
● Support user acquisition strategies for new markets by researching user behavior, competitors, and channel opportunities.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance on a regular basis
Requirements
● Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth marketing (app experience is a plus).
● Hands-on experience running paid ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
● Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and performance metrics.
● Ability to test fast, learn fast, and iterate based on data.
● Feel at ease when communicating in English
● Interest in mobile apps, digital products, or subscription-based services is a plus.
● Interest in Tarot, Astrology, or Spiritual products is a bonus (but not required).
