Location: Đà Nẵng (Vietnam-based)

Market: Southeast Asia

ROLE OVERVIEW: Own and drive growth for new markets in Southeast Asia through performance-led marketing and localized strategies. This role requires strong execution, analytical depth, and the ability to independently plan, test, and scale campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Own end-to-end performance campaigns (Google, Meta…) and optimize based on CAC, ROAS...;
Analyze and optimize full funnel (Acquisition → Activation → Retention);
Develop localized marketing strategies based on user insights in SEA markets;
Lead testing & experimentation (A/B testing, channel, messaging, creative);
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective market launch & growth
Proactively take on additional responsibilities aligned with business priorities and market expansion goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

3-5 years in Performance / Digital Marketing or similar role;
Proven ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns;
Experience in international markets or regional/global companies;
Strong analytical mindset (funnel, data, performance metrics);
Strong in Google Ads & Meta Ads; experience in app marketing is a plus;
Good English communication;
Equipped with a personal laptop to ensure flexibility in work execution.
