About ZEPETO, the Metaverse Platform:
- ZEPETO is a global metaverse platform with over 300 million cumulative registered users worldwide, serving 200 countries, including Korea, the United States, China, and Japan.
- ZEPETO is creating a new world beyond the limits of time and space through facial recognition, Augmented Reality (AR), and 3D technology. We believe in each individual's potential.
- Since its launch in 2018, it has doubled yearly, attracting investment from Softbank, Hybe, YG, and JYP Entertainment.
- We are expanding our business worldwide through active R&D and alliances with various global companies/brands.
Tasks:
- Research, study about user insight, user behavior, and support in algorithm development.
- Support in CS tasks, user feedback monitoring.
- External and internal trend monitoring.
- Finding and listing users with growth potential in each country and region.
- Do daily operational tasks, such as in-app official account management.
Ideal candidates:
- English Communication ability is a must
- Being able to speak foreign languages is a great advantage.
- Passionate about and familiar with game, metaverse, virtual idols, or social platforms (e.g., PlayTogether, Roblox, Hololive, etc.).
- Quickly catching trends and memes.
- Teamwork spirit and a strong ability to share information closely are preferred.
- Diligence and self-discipline are required to do daily, weekly, and monthly work.

- Salary range: 3,000,000VND
- It is mandatory to come to the office two days a week; however, you can work from home on other days.
