Baller Headwear is seeking an Operations Manager to support our leadership team. This position presents a valuable opportunity for those who aspire to become managers in the future.
WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across garment production, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and human resources.
- Monitor production plans, capacity, productivity, quality, costs, and delivery performance.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure efficient use of company resources.
- Work closely with production and management teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and garment manufacturing standards.
- Report operational performance and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors.
WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Proven management experience within a garment/textile manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, merchandising, supply chain, corporate finance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in coordinating multiple functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organisational, planning, leadership, and people management skills.
- Leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
