Content Marketing
- Plan content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Write captions, posts, short video scripts, and promotional content for services.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to produce content.
- Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all channels.
Social Media Management
- Manage and develop the brand's social media channels.
- Monitor content effectiveness, analyze insights, and suggest improvements.
- Keep up with new trends to apply to communication strategies.
Partnership & KOL/KOC
- Find and work with suitable KOLs/KOCs, influencers, and partners.
- Manage collaboration and partnership programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of each campaign.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports on social media, campaign revenue, and performance.
- Collaborate with the operations department to implement promotional programs based on business data and customer behavior.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or equivalent.
- Strong communication and content writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Creative thinking and good aesthetic sense, especially in the beauty/lifestyle field.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Beauty, Hair, Spa, Fashion, or Luxury Service industries.
