Position: Marketing Manager
Report to: General Manager
1/ Role Purpose:
You will lead to develop and implement clear Marketing Strategy so to create lasting business partnerships with our key suppliers and our own products.
2/ Key Responsibilities & Duties
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the management of all marketing-related activities for various specie segments and products and services of Glofood.
• Marketing strategy and planning
• Marketing budgets.
• Market size and trend analysis.
• Consumer insights.
• Brand propositions.
• Definition of the target audience.
• Lead channel activation as GT, MT, Foodservice and Ecom
• Lead innovation for company.
• Marketing communication campaigns.
• Digital marketing.
• Sales enablement materials.
3/ Skills & Experience:
• Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years proven experience in Marketing experience in the FMCG Industry or F&B segment, preferably with 3-5 years in Foodservice Business. Those with relevant experience in the food and beverage ingredient industry will have an added advantage.
• Strong ability to lead the creation of Channel Development Strategy (Marketing / Customer Solutions, Brand & Marketing/ Innovation).
• Strong Project Management Skills, able to identify critical milestones, set clear timelines and derive meaningful performance measurement matrix.
• Proven ability to convert market landscape, trends & opportunities / customer insights into channel focused effective selling stories and innovation.
• Capability to lead the launch of new products into market.
• Strong Interpersonal, communication, analytical and influencing skills and leadership to leading team.
• In depth understanding of the Vietnam Foodservice Industry, or a proven ability to adopt to a new industry quickly.
• Proficient in the Vietnamese & English languages
