Chi tiết công việc Event & Community Coordinator (Sports & Lifestyle) tại Rice Content & Media Co. Ltd.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, high-initiative Event Coordinator to lead our brand’s physical presence from concept to kickoff. You won’t just be "checking boxes"; you will be the architect of our event experiences, the bridge between our brand and the women’s football community, and the manager of our physical merchandise.
Whether it’s a 10-person workshop or a large-scale tournament, you will own the layout, the production, and the relationships that make it happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Event Production
- Concept & Strategy: Develop creative event themes and concepts that align with our focus on women’s football.
- Technical Planning: Design event layouts (floor plans, flow of movement) and manage all pre-production logistics.
- On-Site Execution: Lead the "boots on the ground" production, ensuring everything from AV to branding is perfectly installed and managed.
2. Merchandise & Procurement
- Supplier Management: Source and negotiate with vendors for high-quality apparel and branded gear.
- Production Pipeline: Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise—from initial pricing and sampling to overseeing the final printing and delivery.
3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- The Voice of the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external sponsors, and partner brands.
- Football Liaison: Build and maintain authentic relationships with football teams and team leaders. You will be the face of the brand within the women’s sports community.
- Participant Management: Ensure a seamless and exciting experience for all event attendees and athletes.
Who You Are (Requirements)
- The Sport Enthusiast: A genuine passion for women’s football is a massive plus.
- The Initiator: You don’t wait for instructions. You see a gap and you fill it.
- Master Communicator: You can navigate a boardroom of stakeholders and a dugout of football players with equal ease.
- Logistics Wizard: You understand the "how" of events—power requirements, load-in schedules, and vendor contracts are second nature to you.
- Detail-Oriented: You care about the quality of a screen print on a jersey as much as the timing of a keynote speech.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in event production (small to large scale).
- Experience in community management or sports marketing.
- Familiarity with the merchandise production process (textiles, printing techniques, and logistics).
Why Join Us?
- Dynamic Culture: Join a fast-paced, "flat" team where bold initiative is valued over titles.
- Creative Ownership: Design unique event concepts, layouts, and merch from scratch - no "copy-paste" roles here.
- Elite Networking: Connect directly with pro athletes, brand founders, and industry leaders in women’s football.
- Purpose-Driven Work: Play a frontline role in growing the women’s sports community and empowering athletes.
- The Perks: Exclusive access to major tournaments and "first-look" privileges on all our new gear.
