Working location - This position manages TAs at 2 learning centers:
- 18 Street No. 1, Him Lam Area - Tan Hung Ward (former D7), HCMC;
- 139, 10 Tay Street, Phu My Hung Area - Tan Hung Ward (formr D7), HCMC.
Working hours: Full-time 40 hours/ week and 8 hours/ day
- Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
- Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30
- Saturday or Sunday, earliest start from 08:30 and latest end at 17:30

RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment (20%)
- Planning for recruitment to staff new and current classes when needed;
- Proactively contributing to marketing and recruitment efforts targeted for college students; including career fairs, networking events, and online marketing activities;
- Participating in the screening and hiring process for teaching assistants (TA), including group interviews, one on one interviews, etc.
Coordination (60%)
- Coordinating all teaching assistants’ schedules for classes, placement tests and marketing events including substitute/class coverage;
- Coordinating experienced teaching assistants’ schedules for one-on-one booster classes.
- Coaching experienced teaching assistants with lesson planning for one-on-one booster classes.
- Collaborating with other TACs and AMs to ensure teaching assistants receive all necessary up-front trainings;
- Managing effective communication within the teaching assistants team, and across departments;
- Observing teaching assistants and giving constructive feedback as requested;
- Use AI to build templates and optimize schedules, track TA performance, summarize feedback to provide solutions for difficult cases and develop TA to handle more subjects.
Teaching Assistance (20%)
- Covering Placement Test shifts, as needed;
- Covering for teaching assistants, as needed;
- Other tasks assigned by the Academic Coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or instructional roles;
- Strong communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
- Able to confidently conduct interviews, lead seminars, write emails, and collaborate daily;
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Calendar, Mail, Drive), and general comfort navigating internet- and web-based platforms;
- Prior experience in Human Resources (HR) or Marketing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within high-impact educational settings, particularly with exposure to social-emotional learning initiatives;
- An established professional network featuring U.S. college admissions officers, alumni associations, and active student groups;
- Experienced in curriculum development or program planning for college readiness and student success.
