JOB DESCRIPTION
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring personnel files are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.
- Process monthly payroll, allowances, bonuses, commissions, and other employee benefits accurately and on time.
- Handle all Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) procedures in compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team to process Personal Income Tax (PIT) registration and annual PIT finalization.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including labor contracts, contract renewals, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and employee offboarding procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, labor relations, and HR policies in a timely manner.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and personnel documentation.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Assist in annual performance review processes and prepare HR reports when required.
- Coordinate employee welfare programs and support internal engagement activities.
- Support company events and recruitment activities when necessary.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure HR operations comply with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies.
- Continuously improve HR documentation, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax, and payroll administration.
- Experience in an Advertising, Marketing, or Digital Agency is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
