Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures aligned with business and product requirements.

• Apply modern architecture patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), EventDriven Architecture, and Microservices to solve real-world engineering problems.

• Lead the architecture and technical design of cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

• Work closely with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical architecture and system design specifications.

• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and security best practices.

• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical team members.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure effective CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment practices

• Evaluate and recommend relevant technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system quality and delivery efficiency.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, architecture standards, and development processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum and AWS/Azure + Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding and practical application of:

o Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices

o Cloud-native architecture principles

• Experience designing and delivering production systems in at least one backend technology: .NET, Java (Spring/Quarkus/Micronaut), Python, Go, Node.js

• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

• Ability to design system architecture using C4 Model and/or UML diagrams.

2. Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka/Event streaming

• Multi-cloud or large-scale systems

• Experience using GenAI-powered development tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding, code generation, review automation) to improve software delivery efficiency.

• Experience in designing or integrating AI agents (Agentic AI) into software development workflows, such as automated coding assistants, testing agents, or DevOps automation agents
