Job Overview:
The Medical Specialist at HEDIMA is responsible for providing and ensuring the accuracy, scientific validity, and up-to-date nature of evidence-based medical content used in the company’s projects, while also serving as a medical advisor for projects and the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Analyze medical factors related to marketing campaigns.
• Develop medical content products (articles, publications, scripts, etc.) and adjust materials based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure that medical content adheres to internal standards, client requirements, and current regulations.
• Provide medical information to other functional teams during project proposal and execution.
• Act as a consultant, providing expert medical perspectives to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Work with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists) in building medical platforms or any relevant medical affairs activities.
• Understand and follow internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Requirements:
• Medical/pharmaceutical professional background (doctor or pharmacist).
• Good writing skills, with the ability to convey medical ideas clearly and understandably.
• Strong scientific expertise, good knowledge of healthcare systems
• Highly collaborative, confident and strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assigned tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Good in English (prioritized reading, writing).
