Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a content strategy aligned with the spa's brand identity and marketing goals. This includes defining content themes, formats, and messaging tailored to the luxury spa clientele.
- Producing high-quality visual content such as photos and videos showcasing the spa's facilities, treatments, ambiance, and exclusive experiences. Ensuring that the content reflects luxury and sophistication.
- Crafting engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Managing and curating content for the spa's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating visually captivating posts, stories, and reels to engage and attract the target audience.
- Planning and organizing a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Working closely with marketing, design, and management teams to align content creation with overall marketing strategies, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Incorporating search engine optimization (SEO) best practices into content creation to enhance the spa's online visibility and reach.
- Tracking content performance metrics across different channels, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns.
- Encouraging and leveraging UGC by engaging with customers and showcasing their positive experiences to amplify the spa's brand reputation.
- Staying Updated with Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, social media updates, and content marketing innovations to ensure the spa remains competitive and relevant.
Requirements for Experience and Skills:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in the beauty, spa, or related industries.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create diverse content styles, including viral captions, storytelling posts, and short video scripts.
- Ability to research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to develop relevant content strategies.
- Visual and video mindset; capable of collaborating effectively with designers and media teams to produce creative content.
- Basic proficiency in design and video editing tools to support the creation of engaging visual content.
