Work closely with the Head of Delivery to achieve recruitment targets, delivery KPIs, and sprint goals.
Lead and coordinate the Hanoi TA team while collaborating with the Vietnam and Global TA teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Manage team workload, resource allocation, and recruitment priorities across multiple projects.
Act as the key liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to ensure hiring demands are fulfilled effectively and within agreed timelines.
Coach, mentor, and develop TA team members through regular performance reviews, guidance, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Provide talent market insights, hiring strategies, and recruitment consultation to internal stakeholders and end clients.
Drive proactive sourcing initiatives, talent mapping, and pipeline development for both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Monitor team performance metrics, identify delivery risks, and implement action plans to ensure target achievement.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance recruitment culture.
Report directly to the Head of Delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 year in a team lead, mentoring, or supervisory capacity.
Experience in IT recruitment, recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or IT consulting environments.
Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a results-driven approach.
