Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct in-depth research on market trends in Japan
• Analyze competitor activities, positioning, and strategies
• Identify potential industries, market segments, and target clients
2. Business & Sales Performance Analysis
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline data, and conversion rates
• Evaluate effectiveness across different stages of the sales funnel
• Identify key drivers of success and areas for improvement
3. Insights Generation & Strategic Recommendations
• Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize business performance, including:
o Improving customer targeting
o Enhancing proposal and sales strategies
o Identifying new business opportunities
4. Proposal & Content Development Support
• Support the development of business proposals and client presentations
• Provide data-driven inputs for pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials
5. Continuous Improvement & Performance Tracking
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives and experiments
• Track key metrics and measure outcomes
• Support a continuous improvement cycle (issue → action → result → optimization)
