III/ Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care & Support
- Support and assist office tenants with inquiries and concerns
- Act as the main point of contact for office services, rental information, and service quality feedback
- Service Quality Control
- Guide clients in complying with office usage regulations
- Monitor and check service quality, including security, cleaning, and plant maintenance services
- Support check-in/check-out procedures, form preparation, and event setup
- Administrative & Office Tasks
- Order office necessities and stationery, and manage inventory
- Maintain and organize records and contracts properly
- Perform recurring and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
