JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is the key person to represent the company and the team to manage all projects that focus on social, including:
Planning (15%):
● Connect with clients to get the project’s information & crack the briefs before debriefing the internal team.
● Preparing, presenting, and selling strategies, communication plans, creative concepts, and execution plans to clients.
● Being capable of allocating the budget effectively, judging the quotations, and adding value to the daily job to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept, and execution plan for clients.
● Evaluating ideas in the internal review sessions.
Project Management (40%):
● Assist the Account Manager in daily account management tasks
● Follow-up process of campaigns on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, TikTok…) (internal and external).
● Training and managing junior team members to grow them both in professional and soft skills
● Lead internal meetings & arrange external meetings
● Train and manage account team members to solve team and cross-team daily problems.
● Creating and managing project timing and budgets with all relevant department personnel: Planning team, Creative team.
● Managing and coordinating with the Planning team & Creative team to execute & propose suitable solutions.
● Preparing and submitting estimated cost to Line Manager, as well as managing P&L as approved by Line Manager.
● Evaluating performance after projects.
● Consulting with clients on project/category issues and providing actionable and proper Marketing solutions.
● Lead and proceed with paperwork tasks.
Client Management (30%):
● Being the main daily contact for assigned accounts and projects.
● Earning the trust of clients by delivering dedicated, attentive services.
● Negotiating with clients and internal teams for maintaining the consistency of approved proposals.
● Annual survey to optimize the Client’s satisfaction
Human Management (15%):
● Leading, inspiring, and driving the team to achieve the objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development, and process improvement).
● Developing the team by coaching and training team members to improve skills.
● Contributing to working process improvement (internal, inter-company, external).
● Maintain the spirit and values of the company among the team.
REQUIREMENTS
● At least 1 year of experience working in a Creative Agency as an AE or Account Trainee
● Good understanding & strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Google, TikTok…) and Influencers as a plus point.
● A positive & strong leadership
● Good communication skills for internal communication and client-facing situations.
● Good presentation and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English
● Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem-solving.
● Have advanced knowledge of branding, marketing & social trends
