- Own the company’s cost management strategy, including analyzing, controlling, and optimizing OPEX and CAPEX across the organization.
- Manage and improve cash flow by working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams; monitor and optimize key metrics such as DSO, DPO, and working capital cycle.
- Lead the budgeting process for all business units, profit centers, and cost centers; monitor budget execution and analyze variances.
- Prepare business cases for investment decisions, assess financial impacts, and advise the CEO and leadership team on strategic financial matters.
- Review General Ledgers on a monthly and periodic basis; check Financial Statements and related notes.
- Review monthly and quarterly tax declarations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and FCT; ensure timely tax filings and payments.
- Lead annual audits and year-end tax finalization; work directly with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Ensure the Accounting Department operates in full compliance with Vietnamese laws and the company’s internal policies.
- Establish, maintain, and improve internal control systems to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and prevent fraud risks.
- Continuously improve Finance & Accounting processes, including sales collection, payments, data management, and reporting, to ensure faster, more accurate, and error-free operations.
- Manage, develop, and automate ERP/accounting software systems; leverage technology to reduce manual tasks, improve productivity, and ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Deliver monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders, including report structure, regular outputs, and financial analysis.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Accounting & Finance team; set goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by the CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 2 years in a management or team lead role.
- Proven experience in cost management, cash flow management, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, IFRS, and Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments is preferred; F&B, retail, supply chain, or tech industry background is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proactive in identifying financial risks and proposing practical solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance stakeholders.
- Experienced in working with auditors, tax authorities, banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Business-level English and fluent Vietnamese.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; proficient in accounting software and ERP systems such as MISA, Fast, Bravo, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AI tools for Finance & Accounting tasks, such as data analysis, report automation, and invoice processing, is a plus.
- High integrity, accuracy, prudence, persistence, and strong sense of responsibility.
