Job description for 6 X Customer Service & Administrative Assistant (6 days work week, up to $1.8k) at Qiren
Managing our front desk on a daily basis and offering administrative supports across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- English & Chinese speaking environment
- Possess good customer service and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications.
- Able to commence employment within short notice
- Must be able to work on weekends & PH
- Singaporean only
Others:
- Location: Vision Exchange (Jurong East) / Woods Square (Woodlands)
- Off-in-lieu will be credited for PH
- Shift work (830am – 6pm or 1230pm – 10pm)
- Staff benefit include annual leave, medical reimbursement and in-house café usage
