Position: Teaching Assistant (Part-time)

Salary: 35.000 VND/hour

Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant at BrightChamps, you will support English classes for young learners. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the teacher to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in preparing teaching materials and classroom activities

• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere

• Support students during lessons, activities, and games, ensuring all children stay engaged

• Provide individual or small group assistance to students who need extra help before, during, and after class time

• Help organize and supervise classroom events, field trips, or special activities

• Communicate with the teacher or parents about student progress and any issues

• Assist with setting up and cleaning the classroom before and after lessons

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning

• Proficient in English with strong computer and technology skills

• Good communication, pronunciation, and teamwork skills

• Patience, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude

• Previous experience working with children is a plus

• Flexible to travel and work across centers as needed

Working Hours:

• Tuesday: 14:30 – 16:00

• Thursday: 18:00 – 19:30

• Saturday: 14:30 – 16:00, 16:30 – 18:00

• Sunday: 16:30 – 18:00
