SUMMARY
Golden Owl Solutions is looking for a Creative Leader for the Marketing Department, who is capable of leading creative direction, developing communication concepts, and ensuring the quality of visual and content outputs for Marketing campaigns.
This role acts as a bridge between brand strategy, campaign objectives, and the creative execution team, ensuring that creative deliverables are both strategically aligned and appealing to the target audience.

Your Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Concept Development
Receive briefs from the Marketing/Account Team to develop creative direction, key messages, and concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
Propose content ideas, visual direction, and creative execution approaches across communication channels such as social media, websites, landing pages, ads, and campaign materials.
2. Creative Output Quality Management
Review and guide the quality of creative deliverables before execution or submission to stakeholders/clients.
Ensure that content, visuals, and communication messages are consistent with brand positioning, campaign objectives, and company standards.
3. Creative Team Leadership & Collaboration
Assign tasks, track progress, and support Creative/Content/Design team members throughout campaign execution.
Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify requirements, handle feedback, and ensure creative deliverables are completed on schedule.
4. Trend Research & Creative Performance Optimization
Stay updated on market trends, user behavior, social media trends, and new content formats to apply them effectively to campaigns.
Monitor the performance of creative outputs and propose improvements in content and visual approaches to enhance communication quality.
Proactively apply AI tools in research, ideation, workflow optimization, and improving the team’s creative productivity.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Creative, Content, Branding, Social Media, or related positions.
Experience in leading a team of at least 3 members.
Proficient English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
Experience in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, key messages, and content/visual direction for Marketing campaigns.
Candidates with experience working in agency environments or teams handling multiple campaigns across various industries are preferred.
