Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term growth.
● Research, identify, and approach potential clients to expand the agency's new client base.
● Participate in building and developing integrated marketing strategies for clients.
● Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Media, Creative, Strategy) to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
● Support in creating and presenting marketing plans, and performance reports to clients.
● Develop new business opportunities from existing and potential clients.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.
● Participate in the company's pitching and business development activities
Candidate Requirements:
● A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Account Management at Marketing Agencies or communications companies (recent university graduates are also welcome for internship positions).
● A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, etc.).
● General knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Paid Ads, Social Media, Content Marketing, E-commerce, etc.).
● Strong multi-project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and managing time.
● Skills in proposal writing, plan development, and client communication.
● Proactive, highly responsible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Intermediate English for communication; Japanese language ability is a plus.
