I. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with key account team & creative team to develop proposal, quotation to bid new projects, new clients;
- Actively engage with current and new clients to understand client’s paint points and develop solutions to support client’s business growth;
- Assist BD Director to develop and plan business strategies to attain company’s sales goals and enhance business opportunities;
- Handle marketing activities to strengthen our brand’ positioning;
- Recruit, coach and build team members.
II. Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field;
- At least 3 years’ experience as Account/ Planner position for both ATL & BTL Agency or Marketing Executive in FMCG industry;
- Excellent client service skill and business development;
- Good at presentation skill in both English and Vietnamese;
- Good commercial skills with attention to detail;
- Leadership skills and a positive attitude;
- Independence and initiative;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
