Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage influencer campaigns and act as the key bridge between clients, creators, and internal teams.
This role focuses on client servicing, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and campaign objectives while aligning with overall marketing direction.
Responsibilities
● Act as the key point of contact for influencer collaboration campaigns, managing client communication and ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and expectations
● Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including planning coordination, timeline tracking, budget control, and reporting
● Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Influencer Partnership, Operations) to translate client briefs into clear execution and ensure smooth delivery
● Provide input from client and business perspective to align content direction with campaign objectives, ensuring outputs meet brand guidelines (without owning creative development)
● Ensure influencer campaigns are aligned with clients’ overall marketing direction (IMC), maintaining consistency across messaging and deliverables
● Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and propose optimization from an account and execution standpoint
● Handle influencer communications, manage issues, and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and deadlines
● Maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and influencer partners while identifying opportunities for campaign improvement
● Support proposal preparation, presentations, and other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
● 3+ to 5+ years of experience in Account / Client Servicing / Influencer Marketing / Digital Agency / MCN environment
● Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok
● Strong client management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
● Basic understanding of creative and IMC concepts for alignment purposes
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong sense of ownership
● Team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions
