Are you passionate about client success and building long-term business relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment? We are looking for a driven, energetic Sales Account Associate to join our dynamic team in Vietnam.

Working time: Mon-Fri (8AM - 5PM, lunch break: 12PM - 1PM).

Working location: FL5, EBM Tower, 683-685 Dien Bien Phu, ward 25, Binh Thanh dist., Hochiminh city, Vietnam.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the B2B sector, focusing on both international and local clients, business development. The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1/ Client Management & Business Development:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both international and local key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present product/service offerings to clients in a compelling manner, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

2/ Sales Strategy Development:

  • Support Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within assigned territories.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies based on market research and analysis.

3/ Project Management:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes, and manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Understand project timelines and planning. Ensure proper project coordination and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance metrics, pipeline activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

4/ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, Merchandise to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address client needs effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles.
  • Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and highly organized with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
