Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for software products/services
  • Maintain, upload documents and update sales data in the CRM system for report generation
  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress
  • Prepare sales reports and send out utilization reports (if needed) to clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks

Job Requirement

  • Level: Junior/Middle
  • Bachelor of Economics/Business Administration/Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales support, Sales admin, or a similar role. Experience in the IT/software industry is a big plus
  • Working knowledge of sales software CRM (Knowing how sales software works)
  • Good in English communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Carefully, actively, and self-learning
