1. Sales & Business Development – New Clients (60%)
- Lead and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, including brands, online sellers, and businesses on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms
- Oversee and support the team in identifying, approaching, and developing new business opportunities
- Actively conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and business discussions to convert prospects into clients
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through direct engagement, follow-ups, and consistent communication
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and performance marketing
- Lead key sales pitches, proposal development, and solution presentations
- Lead commercial negotiations and take ownership of closing strategic deals
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closing
- Own team sales targets and be fully accountable for revenue performance and growth
2. Team Leadership & Management (15%)
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales Executive team to achieve assigned targets
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Build a high-performance, target-driven sales culture
- Ensure team alignment with sales strategy, targets, and company direction
3. Client Management – Existing Clients (15%)
- Oversee and guide the team in managing existing clients and key accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with brands and e-commerce sellers through regular meetings and communication
- Ensure service quality, timelines, and deliverables meet client expectations
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, and E-commerce Operations
- Identify and drive upselling or service expansion opportunities
4. Internal Coordination & Reporting (10%)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and execution
- Supervise the onboarding of new clients and overall project delivery
- Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and revenue achievement
- Prepare and review reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business growth
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities
