JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify, prospect, and approach corporate clients (SMEs & mid-sized enterprises), particularly within the Logistics, Transportation, and Seaport sectors.
- Receive, understand, and analyze clients’ initial business requirements.
- Proactively work independently or collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team to design solutions and conduct solution demonstrations for clients.
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities, close deals, and ensure achievement of individual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and handle related commercial or contractual issues.
- Coordinate with the implementation/delivery team to hand over projects to the delivery team after contract signing.
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term client relationships; provide post-sales support and client care.
- Update client information, sales activities, and work progress on the CRM system and report to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2–3 years of experience (Middle level and above) in B2B software/SaaS sales. Candidates with experience selling enterprise software similar to Misa, Base, Sapo, etc., are highly preferred.
- Having a strong existing network and deep understanding of the Logistics, Transportation, and Seaport industries is a massive advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively and ask insightful questions.
- Ability to work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, Business Analysts (BA), and technical teams.
- Basic conversational English (Good communication is a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to perform well under sales target pressure.
