Client Development & Relationship Management
- Proactively identify, approach and develop new clients; build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors and project partners
- Present and pitch An Cường's capabilities and product information to clients
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal departments throughout project execution
- Advise on products and services tailored to each client's needs; respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Prepare quotations, send sample requests; follow up and manage quotation files, contracts and related requirements
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual quarterly/annual sales targets as agreed with direct management
Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics and Export teams to ensure on-time sample and product delivery
- Collaborate to resolve issues as they arise, ensuring project quality and timeline are maintained.
- Monitor contract execution closely; support delivery follow-up, project sign-off and debt collection.
Market Development
- Research and identify potential new markets, distributors and project opportunities
- Represent An Cường at trade exhibitions, fairs and client meetings
- Monitor domestic and export market trends and competitor activity in the engineered wood materials and interior products industry
- Develop deep product knowledge of the Masterpiece Series to guide clients toward the most suitable solutions
Data Management, Reporting & Other Duties
- Update customer records, inquiry logs and sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Prepare periodic work reports and propose market development and client acquisition initiatives
- Be available to support and resolve urgent client issues outside of regular working hours when necessary
- Support company projects and activities as assigned
