ABOUT MAGESTORE & BUSINESS CONSULTANT TEAM

In order to achieve this mission, the Business Consultant is one of the most important pieces as the bridge between understanding the business goals and challenges of the customers, and then finding out how Magestore enablers can benefit the customer. Also, the Business Consultant is the representative of the company to build trust with the customer through expert knowledge and professional manners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by developing business development plans and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • New Business Opportunities Development: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the eCommerce sector.
  • Building relationships, developing trust, exhibiting closing skills, and managing the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
  • Lead high-level discovery sessions with enterprise clients to define needs and challenges, and design the best solution that can solve the business cases, along with the support of presale BA.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations, and strategic roadmaps for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Solution development team and technical experts to build the completed solution and take care of the customer
  • Represent Magestore at industry events, business forums, and global conferences.
  • Mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices for client success.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales with retail business knowledge, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 850+)
  • Strong critical thinking and a good business mindset
  • Being flexible, creative and customer-centric, adaptive, eager to learn
  • Willingness to work with flexible hours to talk with customers in different timezones.
  • Tech savvy, quickly learn new tools and new products by playing with the software & comprehending written materials
  • Good communication, teamwork & problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and the ability to leverage them to improve analysis, documentation, and solution design.

Preferred:

  • Background in retail operations, ERP systems, and omnichannel commerce is a plus
