1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and connect with potential customers in the Vietnam market through platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, as well as networks from previous roles, exhibitions, seminars, and events
- Introduce products/services, provide consulting solutions, and maintain post-sales customer relationships
- Conduct customer outreach via phone calls, messages, and emails
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Collect customer and market feedback, and propose improvements to products/services

3. REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred).
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales is required; candidates with prior sales experience in SaaS, IT Outsourcing, or industrial real estate are preferred. Strong persistence and decisiveness in sales, with a proactive and result-driven mindset
- Passion for career growth and income expansion in global trade and technology sectors
- Intelligent, quick learner with a growth mindset and willingness to take on challenges and pressure
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- English proficiency is a plus
